In 2016, we knew that we needed to do a software conversion and upgrade to a payment system for our locations that required change and integration to be EMV/chip card compliant. At this time, we were recommended by a friend to Core Payment Solutions to see if it could work to change our processing over to them during this conversion as they were highly recommended in the Los Angeles area. Called in and spoke to Trenton and he was well versed in the chip technology and we felt comfortable that he and his team would stand by this integration and work with our POS and hardware vendors to get to completion without disruption to our payment capabilities.

Core Payment Solutions also assessed our fees and lowered our overall costs for accepting cards. In early 2018, we launched a third location and CPS was there to get this up and running smoothly.
